No meaningful level in reach is being rejected or reclaimed, the reaction quality is poor (no volume, no delta response, OI flat), and a long here would be mid-range with T1/T2 just a few dollars away — nowhere near 2:1. Also, this book already holds a short with T1 booked, so only a long could be taken, and no long setup exists.
