Price is also reclaiming VWAP, D-Open, dVAL and dPOC on that same 15m close, which contradicts a short; the only corroboration is the CCV short_bias and the -9.4 BTC 5m delta divergence, which is a divergence, never a trigger. No confirmed 15m rejection close back below dVAH = no setup.
