So there is no confirming 15m close at the level I'd be trading, and the two timeframes contradict each other (4h CVD confirming down vs 5m delta confirming up, OI bleeding on both 4h and 24h — poor reaction quality). Additionally, STATE shows the dev_poc level already fired within the last 30 minutes, so I require a fresh, genuine 15-minute close before considering it.
