This same pdEQ ($85,861.3) level already fired within the last 30 minutes on this book, so I require a fresh, materially different trigger — and none exists: the 09:45 15m candle is only a tiny rejection wick at pdEQ with 13.5 BTC of volume, a poor low-volume reaction with no delta response (Σ -7.9 BTC/30m is a bearish divergence but is not a trigger). Price is also mid-chop between dLow $85,655 and dVAL $86,264 with no confirmed structure break, so the confluence/reaction-quality leg is missing.
