The 15m candle closing 02:45 did break pdL ($80,768.1) on the close — a genuine Tier-1 breakdown trigger — but the entry rule requires the RETEST of the broken level, and price is currently $80,425, extended ~$340 BELOW the trigger and still making fresh lows (dLow just printed at $80,359.7). Entering here is the chased extension, not the retest. Corroboration is also mixed: 4h CVD shows a bullish divergence and open interest is falling into the flush (shorts covering, not new money), which weakens the breakdown case; the only clean short entry would be a pullback to the pdL flip level.
