No clean trigger: the 15m that closed at 01:45 wicked above dPOC/dVAH and closed BACK BELOW them (a rejection, i.e. pointing down), while the 5m reclaim above dPOC at 01:50 is only corroboration and can never be the named trigger. So the structure and the flow conflict — chop either side of VWAP/D-Open/dPOC in a ~$250 band, with the 4H and daily last closes down but 5m delta confirming up. This same dev_poc level already fired within the last 30 minutes and no fresh 15m close has confirmed either direction, so there is no tradeable location or trigger here.
