STATE also shows this dev_val level already fired within the last 30 minutes, so I'd need a fresh 15m trigger regardless. Price is pinned within $20 of daily VWAP, D-Open and W-Open in dead-flat 5m delta and thin volume — that is the middle of the developing value area, the poor-location, poor-reaction condition the method says to pass on.
