The gate fired on a 5m wick-and-reclaim of the developing POC ($76,901.5), but a 5m close is never a valid trigger on this book and no 15m candle has closed rejecting or reclaiming that level — the 05:15 15m simply closed down at $77,026 mid-range, and price is now sitting essentially ON the dPOC/dVAL cluster ($76,901/$76,861), the fair-value middle where the method says not to open new positions. This same dev_poc level was already attempted within the last 30 minutes and the book is -$705 today, so I demand a fresh 15m trigger. Corroboration is also mixed: CCV short bias and CVD confirming_down argue lower, but 5m delta is flat (+3.8 BTC) and the reaction at the level is poor — no delta response to the sweep.
