Price is also sitting near the day's extreme after a +5.7% impulse, so a continuation long here would be chasing into a spiked high, and a short would be fading momentum — both forbidden locations. Additionally this dev_vah level already fired within the last 30 minutes, and reaction quality is poor (5m delta flat +1.6 BTC, 4h CVD confirming_down, OI weakening -1.20%), so I demand a fresh 15m trigger.
