Two consecutive losses on this book means I only take setups that clear a stricter bar, and this one does not: the pmVAH $65,203 "sweep" is a rejection of a level price only just tagged for the first time on a strong impulsive up-day, not a swept obvious prior high with clustered stops (pwH $65,645.8 and pmH $66,874.7 sit untouched above), and the 13:30 close at $64,931.9 is a single weak-bodied rejection while CVD is confirming_up, OI is in a healthy uptrend, funding is neutral-positive and the CCV bias is long — the broader signals contradict a short here rather than corroborate it. I also hold an open long on the day book, so an unconfirmed counter-trend short at the top of a two-day advance is exactly the marginal trade to decline; a short only becomes credible on acceptance back below wVAH $64,707 / pwPOC $64,338.5.
