On top of that, this same pw_poc level already fired inside the last 30 minutes, so I require a fresh 15m trigger before re-engaging. Flow is also unsupportive of a long here: CVD confirming_down, 5m delta flat/negative, OI weakening on the 4h, funding neutral and CCV bias short — no corroboration for the reclaim.
