The 12:45 15m candle merely tagged the high and closed a few dollars below it — this is a fresh developing extreme with no pre-existing, obvious structure beneath it (the prior settled day high is $64,311 and prior VAH $64,175, still above), so it is not a swept, stop-rich level for a sweep-reclaim short. Price just broke up out of a tight sideways coil on rising 1H/15m closes, so it is at its own high, not on a with-trend pullback in open space, and CVD is confirming_up against a short. No clean setup — missing the trigger and a quality swept level.
