On top of that, the dPOC is mid-range fair value (poor location per the method), the reaction is on tiny volume (4.4 BTC on the 15m) with Delta 5m confirming_down (-6.6 BTC) — i.e. flow is fading, not supporting, a long reclaim. No trigger, poor reaction quality, conflicting flow: pass.
