The only 15m close available (13:15 UTC) closed BELOW dVAH $86,044 — a rejection, i.e. pointing short — while price has since ripped back above it on a still-FORMING 15m candle; the breakout above dVAH is therefore unconfirmed on the named timeframe (only a 5m close supports it, which can never be the trigger). On top of that, STATE shows this dev_vah level already fired within the last 30 minutes, and the Delta 5m reads bearish divergence (-6.8 BTC) against the new high while 4h OI shows short-covering — flow is not corroborating a fresh long at the day's high. No clean trigger, so I pass and demand a confirmed 15m close with a retest.
