The 02:15 UTC 15-minute candle did close through the D-Open at $64,844.5, and price is now making an imperfect body retest, but the reaction is weak: 5-minute delta is flat and participation is very low. More importantly, a properly buffered stop below the trigger low near $64,690 against the next major objective at pdVAH $65,183 gives only about 1.85:1 R:R, below the required 2:1 floor; no valid opposing 15-minute trigger exists.
