The 18:00 UTC 15-minute candle did reclaim the Tier-1 pwPOC at $64,637.5 after trading below it, but the long reaction is not corroborated: 4h/downside structure and CVD remain bearish, while 30-minute taker delta is flat and the reclaim volume is weak. This is a poor-response reclaim at support, and a short here would improperly fade into that support without a bearish 15-minute reaction trigger.
