The tradeable pdPOC at $65,858.5 did receive a 15-minute rejection on the closed 19:45 UTC candle (H $65,887.5, C $65,848.0), but the reaction lacks the required corroboration: 5-minute delta is flat and the 15-minute response volume is weak. The CCV short bias and strong-downtrend OI conflict with the bullish 4-hour CVD divergence, so this recently fired level does not meet the clean-confluence standard.
