The 03:45 15m close back below dPOC/pdH is a single small-bodied close after a poke at the day high — a minor fade inside an uptrend, not a failed auction with time above, and the 5m delta is flat with no selling response. Shorting into value migration higher with a still-intact bid is fading momentum against the bias; no clean short setup exists.
