The most recent 30m closed candle (02:30, up) is not a trigger at any HTF level — it's just drift back toward the day high/week VAH, not a reject or reclaim of a defined level. The HTF tape (weekly/monthly closing down, Extreme Fear, short CCV bias) is bearish, but there is no with-trend 30m close making a fresh low, and I can't take a continuation long into overhead resistance nor short a mid-range candle that just closed up.
