Reaction quality is poor: the whole move happened on ~6 BTC of overnight volume, OI is only short-covering (-0.33%), and the 4h CVD is confirming_up against the short while price sits mid-range between pdL $63,128.7 and pdH $64,408.5. Missing corroboration and a clean location, so this is a pass rather than a wait.
