The 05:15 15m candle did close below the D-Open ($63,886.8) and pmPOC ($63,910.5), but price is still sitting a couple of dollars from the level with no retest and, more importantly, the location is poor: current price $63,882.8 is right on the dVAL ($63,860) with the developing day low ($63,778.4), pdL/pwVAL ($63,714–63,724) and the D-nPOC below at $63,475.5 — i.e. a short here is fading momentum straight into a cluster of support only ~$120 away, so T1 offers no room and R:R to any honest target fails. The break is also on tiny volume (13 BTC on a level-losing candle) inside a 300-dollar overnight chop range, with OI barely moving and CCV not in play — a poor reaction, not a trend. No clean, corroborated setup.
