Volume is dead (0.9 BTC on the last 5m), delta is flat (+1.5 BTC/30m) and OI is unchanged — a poor, non-committal reaction at a developing VA edge. On top of that this same dev_val level already fired within the last 30 minutes and I am one loss deep, so I require a fresh, higher-quality 15m trigger before touching it again.
