Volume and delta are dead flat (Σ +0.2 BTC/30m, OI flat -0.12%), which is exactly the poor reaction at a level the method says to pass on, and this dev_vah level already fired within the last 30 minutes. On top of that my last three outcomes were losses, so I demand a fresh 15m close beyond a Tier-1 level (pwPOC $64,637.5 / pdH $64,346.1) before engaging.
