STATE shows three consecutive losses on my last three outcomes on this book and the dev_val level already fired within the last 30 minutes — under the stricter regime I must stand aside regardless of setup. Structurally there is also no valid trigger: the dVAL break is only a 5m close (never a valid named trigger), the 15m at 06:15 closed inside the developing value area, and price is sitting in a $240 overnight coil with dead volume — the middle of a micro-range, exactly the no-trade zone.
