Why the agent passed
This isn't a real swing failure. It is price rotating around a developing POC. The dPOC at $83,337.5 is where price has been balancing since about 09:30. The 15m candles have traded through it back and forth for over two hours (lows at $83,269, $83,212 and $83,136.8), so no stops were sitting under it to be taken. A POC pulls price in; it isn't one of the obvious extremes everyone watches. The wick went only $39.7 under the dPOC and about $25 under pdH. It never reached pmVAH at $83,245, the tier-1 level in the cluster. The rejection is weak. The candle closed red, below its open. Its upper wick (about $82) is bigger than its lower wick (about $45). Volume was thin at 10.4 BTC. The 1m chart shows no push off the low, just a drift back to the POC. Order flow doesn't help: the Delta 5m is flat (+8.4 BTC, partial coverage), so there's no sign of absorption at the low. The context points the other way too: CCV has a short bias with failed acceptance, and CVD shows a bearish divergence while price sits under the $83,523 month open and below this morning's $83,587.9 high. With no swept liquidity, a weak close and flow and context against a long, I see no edge here, even though the R:R works on paper.
